I've been using your software since 2007. I was one of the ones that started asking about a network version long ago. Even on its first release, your network Landlordmax software is awesome! It does EXACTLY what I was hoping for. I'm a tech geek, and I've been willing to pay any amount for good property management software for my brokerage. I've tried every other competitive solution (all of which charge substantially more), even the big name networked versions, which charge outrageous monthly fees. Yours outperforms them all. Really brilliant software.

I'm just writing you to say thanks for developing this awesome software and keeping on top of it with frequent updates and fantastic new features. You guys are a top notch company. I was really happy when you offered it for Mac's. I liked it enough that I bought it and boot camp with Windows for my Mac to be able to use it and the only downfall was having to get on the Windows partition which I don't like. I can now use this awesome software right on my Mac!

To those who are considering a purchase, I can assure you that you will be happy with it. I needed something easy to operate without having to spend a lot of time figuring it out. Within a couple of hours I had the software completely figured out with out having to read the literature that comes with it. Just start inputting information (a property, a tenant, etc) and it will all become clear.

Not only is the software great but the customer service is top of the line.

We started LandlordMax back in Aug of 07 and within a month fell in love with the software. I utilized the program to run a 64 unit complex and it did great. In Feb 09 I started running another property with 140 units and now use the updated version (Ver6.05) to run both properties. I recommend the software to anyone in property management. Not only is the software great but the customer service is top of the line. No matter what my problem or question has been LandlordMax has been attentive and prompt to handle it. I have not had many problems thankfully though!

I really like all the features and also I really like how many different reports I can run ( since I tend to micro-manage :) ). Ive been playing around with the software quite a bit and I would say that I can navigate it really well now. Besides those minor issues I came across, the program is very easy to use.

I sincerely appreciate the time that you have spent helping me and also following up to make sure that the program is working for me. It is hard to find that level of customer service anywhere, especially when you are asking for support from a software company. ( Trust me, I have dealt with a lot of them with my normal 9-5 job).
