Hi Tony, We've never heard of anything like this with the cashflow reports. Have you done a manual comparison? Also, can you please confirm that the accounting entries aren't double entered either? In other words, can you look at your accounting entries and verify that they don't ever appear more than once. If that still doesn't explain it, can you please contact us directly at support@landlordmax.com and send us a backed up copy of your database which we will treat with the utmost confidentiality. We will also need to know exactly which report you're running so that we can replicate the issue here. Basically what we ourselves first need to do is a manual comparison of your accounting entries against your cashflow report. We need to verify that the numbers are incorrect, so the more specific you can be about exactly what your data is and what you expect to see, the better we can find it. -- Regards, Stephane Grenier Founder LandlordMax Software Inc. http://www.LandlordMax.com http://www.FollowSteph.com http://www.RealEstatePigeon.com http://www.BlogBlazers.com |

Hi Stephane, "Cashflow grouped by building" shows double the values when compared to "Cashflow for one building". The group report includes 4 buildings, and 3 of the 4 buildings are showing double values. I will send you all the details at your support email. Tony |
